Marking Point

For the printed fabrics (also can not have 2mm black contour line) with over sized length and need continuous cutting, Marking Point Detection Template Matching Mode is recommended.

After design file imported into software, the cutting path will be adjusted according to the relative position of the marking points from the graphics. 

More marking points, actual cutting precision would be higher, but also slower.

Graphic Feature

For the embroidered or woven or printed fabrics with either clean or blurred edge but having repeated graphic features or even only the sewing thread lines, Graphic Feature Template Matching Mode will be used.

After design file imported into software, the cutting path will be generated according to the repeated features of the graphics. 

You can adjust the details of the features in the model to get the best cutting precision.

Vision Mode and Non Vision Mode.

When in no vision mode, the machine operates the same as KASU K Series – Flatbed Fabric Cutter, mainly cutting plain fabrics.

Why CO2 Glass Tube Laser Cutting Textiles?

Compared to their level of functionality, glass tube laser cutters made in China are super cheap.

A single laser cutting machine with a proper camera can replace up to seven workers and bring impressive ROI even after rent, electricity, and consumables.

The laser cutter lasts longer since there is no mechanical friction that could lead to wear and tear. Only the beam will come in contact with the material.

Laser cutting has an impressive level of precision compared to other cutting methods. This level of accuracy is as high as +/- 0.1mm, which is one of the best you’ll get from laser cutting.

While using lasers, only CAD design files are necessary, and these are suitable for customized orders.

How To Import Laser From China?

Import License Identification

Identify if your country need your company to have the import license to import the laser cutting machine (HS Code 84561100).

Ensure the laser cutting machine you wish to import is permitted into your country.

Determine Import Tariff

Determine the laser cutting machine tariff classification number in your country.

Along with the CO (Certificate of Origin), you will determine the rate of duty you must pay when importing.

Total cost consists of :

  • Product price (EXW) from us.
  • The shipping charges from our factory to your port from your freight agent.
  • Charges of customs clearance, duty and tax, land transport from landing to your local warehouse.

Request a P/I (Proforma Invoice) to include your wanted machine names, models, machine description & value, as well as your term of purchase (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.). 

And then make the deposit, wait for us to make the production. Generally it takes about 7-15 days to finish the production. We will provide you videos of details of your machine and then you make the final payment.
