Following the safety standards, we try everything to make a reliable machine to protect both your operator and your laser machine.
If your country having strict security regulations, safe structure cover design is available.
Laser off when openning the cover system is available.
Due to the top camera, machines with the top vision systems are using the all-round safe cover design.
For other models, including the ccd vision system, the upper safe cover is equipped.
We give each of our laser tubes a high-voltage wire silicone insulation treatment.
The laser tube’s high-voltage wire and sheet metal distance are very close. And if without this treatment, the wire can easily get fire in the humidity environment, thus damaging the laser tube.
The laser tube and the laser power supply’s high-voltage line need to be joined together.
The joint is insulated by multiple means.
Eventually, it will also be supported with an insulated support frame to keep distance from the sheet metal and thus avoid high voltage fires.
